Ratafia
Made from carefully selected grapes, exclusively Pinot Noir, the grape must is stabilised immediately after pressing by adding neutral alcohol to preserve all the fruit’s freshness and sweetness. Ageing in barrels according to our house tradition lends the wine roundness, depth and a lovely aromatic complexity.
Composition
A Pinot Noir grape must enriched with neutral alcohol, with an alcohol content of 18% ABV, and aged in oak barrels, resulting in a cuvée of great intensity, both structured and expressive, presented in a glass decanter to highlight its elegance and unique character.
