Antique

A wine full of character and tradition, the Antique reveals a deeper expression of Pinot Noir. Partial barrel ageing lends complexity, texture and a subtle woody note that enriches the grape variety’s natural structure.

Composition

A refined blend of 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru, vinified in vats and partially aged in old barrels using traditional methods, including traditional binding, resulting in a cuvée of character that combines depth and elegance, with a dosage of 9 g/L.
