OUR ESTATE
Located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, our family estate stretches across an exceptional terroir where chalk lies close to the surface, allowing both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to express themselves in their purest form.
An exceptional vineyard
We carefully cultivate our vineyard, which are spread across the prestigious terroirs of Verzenay, Verzy and Mailly-Champagne – iconic villages renowned for their noble Pinot Noir Grand Crus.
These hillsides, shaped by the chalk and winds of the Montagne de Reims, offer a unique expression: power, precision, tension and elegance. Each plot is tended with meticulous care to reveal the purity of these exceptional terroirs.
Committed and responsible winegrowing
Aware of the value of our heritage and the fragility of our environment, we have chosen to practise respectful and sustainable viticulture. Our estate is certified under the Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) schemes, reflecting our commitment to preserving the vineyard’s natural balance and passing on a living land to future generations.
Every action, every decision, every cuvée reflects this philosophy: working with precision, respecting nature, and revealing the true character of our terroirs.
Mastering every step
As independent winegrowers, we oversee every stage of the production process for our Champagnes. Our grapes are pressed, vinified and aged in our own facilities, ensuring complete traceability and total consistency in our house style.
Maintenance of our vineyard
The work begins in our vineyard, which we tend to meticulously every day to ensure healthy, perfectly balanced grapes. We harvest each of our plots, picking the grapes at the precise moment of ripeness. The grapes are then pressed in our own press to preserve the quality of the juice and ensure full traceability right from the very first stage.
Winemaking and the art of blending
The musts are vinified in our winery, where each fermentation is carefully managed to bring out the truest expression of our grape varieties and terroirs. Once the clear wines have been obtained, we proceed to the blending process: the subtle combination of our vineyard plots, grape varieties and reserve wines that shapes the balance and signature of each of our cuvées.
Extended ageing in our cellars
After bottling, the bottles are left to rest in our chalk cellars, an environment with naturally regulated temperature and humidity, ideal for optimal ageing. This extended resting period allows the wines to refine, gain aromatic depth and develop the finesse that characterises our Champagnes.
